POP® Components

POP® software is a collection of web based software components that can easily be assembled into variety of solutions for our clients.

POP® Content

POP® Content is a content management system which is designed to store, organise, publish, process and power all your online material. Content is created and managed by progressing through four steps in which information is authored, edited, published and moderated. It works on a date and time principle, where new content can be published at a predetermined future date and old content is automatically archived on the publication date of new content. Web pages are template driven to guarantee a consistent corporate identity.

POP® Security

POP® Security manages access to the various POP® objects. These objects range from documents, articles, pages, workflow tasks to any custom defined objects. POP® Security then determines who has what kind of access to which object. Access to objects can be set on a user-, group- and role level.

POP® Workflow

POP® Workflow is a powerful integrated process workflow engine that can orchestrate manual and automatic tasks according to a designed workflow process. The system allows for simultaneous processing on one instance as well as selection groups and dependencies. POP® Client Contact in combination with POP® Workflow tracks client requests from the front-office to the back-office and communicates progress to the client.

POP® Knowledge

POP® Knowledge is a knowledge management component that enables the creation of a central document repository, which is structured and indexed for optimal use and allows business users to store, share and maintain business critical documents and media between colleagues, irrespective of location. POP® Knowledge also records all activity on a document and uses POP® Security to manage rights to documents.

POP® Transactions

Transactions could come in via web services or via File transfer. POP® Transactions logs the transactions and handle any exceptions. It also provides log viewers for tracing transactions. POP® Recon is a subcomponent to POP® Transactions providing a detailed reconciliation capability to ensure the correct transactions were processed and the correct transaction fees (if applicable) were raised.

POP® Communications

POP® Communications is a client communication and document assembly component. It delivers content communication to clients via email, SMS, Web publishing, FTP and web services. POP® Communication integrates with all POP® components as well as external administration systems and acts on certain conditions in a system, e.g. sending an SMS to a client whose account is overdrawn or to notify a client via SMS of the progress of his service request.

POP® Shop

POP® Shop adds an e-commerce capability to a website. It consists of a stock-item database from which users can select and place items into a basket. The payment process then guides the user to payment fulfillment via credit card.

POP® Monitor

POP® Monitor is a component which monitors components and external servers or systems for connectivity, uptime, availability and some other conditions. POP® Monitor then displays the status on a monitor screen or sends an alert via email or SMS to support staff or trigger a workflow task for a user to action. It is typically used in a complex environment where different components being interdependent ensure the smooth running of system.

POP® Dashboard

Communication with the client is managed through the POP® Client Contact and POP® Communication components. Insurance premium payment notifications received from payment points and automated debit order (aka direct debit) premium collections are managed through the POP® Transactions component with the POP® Recon sub-component which provides an auditable reconciliation function. The Claims handling process together with POP® Workflow makes provision for the registering, assessment, approval/rejection of the claim with the relevant authority levels for approval of payments and auditing purposes. Regular communication with the client who registered the claim is again managed through the POP® Client Contact and POP® Communication components. The POP® Insurance component inherently implements a number of business processes which are all managed by POP® Workflow component.
